Mark has been in the Travel Industry for 35 years and is incredibly proud to carry on the  Travel business first started by his grandfather over 60 years ago.

Mark’s passion for travel, and more importantly, for making travel accessible to all, has served him well in navigating and growing the business, culminating in the prestigious award of TTG Top Travel Agency in Wales 2020.

The business has now grown to incorporate Milford Haven Travel and two Sam Smith Travel offices in Cowbridge and Pontyclun.

Mark has travelled extensively and would list Barbados as his favourite holiday destination.

A keen skier, Mark’s favourites ski resort is Whistler in Canada.    

One of Ocky White Travel's longest serving employees Anna is a gem in the crown of our business! 

Personable, passionate and professional at all times, if you've booked with Ocky White Travel in the past, you've probably had the pleasure of doing so with Anna. A seasoned globetrotter herself, when not working tirelessly delivering the most enjoyable and seamless of travel experiences on behalf of her clients, Anna herself will invariably be jetting off to 'discover' another magical travel experience.

Anna quite literally epitomises the phrase Walking the Talk. 

Helen has over 24 years of experience within the travel industry, the past 11 years of this spent at Ocky White Travel. With her extensive knowledge and passion for all things travel she has helped forge long standing relationships with clients. Very well travelled herself, Helen is a valued and much loved member of the team. Always enthusiastic and professional, she is on hand to give advice and recommendations on finding the prefect holiday for her clients. Helen is a keen specialist in all things Disney, is our Group Bookings Coordinator, and boasts an unrivalled knowledge of African territories: Helen has tailored many amazing adventure itineraries for her clients.

Jess has been a valued member of the Ocky White Travel team for eight years, arriving after spending much of her youth travelling around the world.

Jess has lived in Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Thailand and her knowledge of these destinations is second to none!

If you are planning a “once in a lifetime” itinerary “Down Under”, Jess is the person to make your “Holiday Dreams” come true!

A very keen “boarder, Jess’s knowledge and passion for the best skiing/boarding locations almost matches her knowledge of the Far East!

Jess lights up our office daily with her unwavering enthusiasm for our industry.

Ocky White Travel welcomed Claire to the fold in 2022 and from day one she approached her career in the travel industry as enthusiastically as she does travel in general. Another globe-trotter, Claire loves overseas travel in all forms - from relaxing poolside retreats to adrenalin-filled holidays including winter and water sports excursions. 

Ever customer-orientated, Claire has a natural aptitude for organising trips and itineraries for all traveller types - be they sole adventurers to group bookings. Attention to detail is always observed as Claire works tirelessly to ensure that all aspects of our clients' trips are covered, from initial booking to touchdown home!  

Lindsey is one of our newest -but equally passionate - team members; a bright and vibrant addition to the Ocky White Travel Family. 

As with all of our team, Lindsey is well-travelled, with a Customer Services-orientated work ethic which make her an invaluable member of our client-facing proposition. 

Lindsey has an innate understanding of the importance of getting to know our clients as best she can so as to ascertain the best possible travel itineraries tailored to their needs. Lindsey is also well versed in forging excellent relationships with our various partners so as to ensure the smoothest of travel experiences - from initial booking to arrival home after a well-earned holiday!
